Next up, the butterfly!

Sit tall with the soles of your feet pressed together and your knees gently dropped to the sides. Hold your ankles and lean slightly forward, keeping your back straight, until you feel a comfortable stretch in your hips. Take a deep breath, and choose the picture below that best matches your stretch.
