Do I need special equipment?

In general, all you need is a soft place to stretch (carpet or a mat), yoga blocks, and a small chair or bench. Some videos require ankle weights, stretch bands, and/or a ballet bar.

Why won't the videos play?

If this does not help, try clearing your cache to reset your browser. Sometimes cookies can interfere with video playback.
