The more often you train it, the stronger and more controlled you become. Make your stretching sessions a priority, just like any other part of your training.

You won’t suddenly become flexible in a week, and that’s normal. Flexibility training is about long term commitment, not quick fixes. Celebrate the small wins — a little deeper range, better control, and improved alignment. Those small steps are what lead to big, lasting results.

Good flexibility comes from more than just “getting low” in a stretch. Take your time, focus on using correct technique, and don’t rush through the exercises.
