Homestretch! (pun intended)

Let’s try the elbow stand! Start in a bridge position then go down to your elbows. Try to keep your elbows parallel to each other. Review the progression images below and select the one that best matches your attempt.

 

*The elbow stand is a challenging skill, and not everyone can do it—that’s perfectly okay! (I will help you get there!) If you’re not ready for the elbow stand yet, select the last option in the progression images below. Remember, progress takes time, and every step forward counts.
