Let's see if you can do a chest stand. The chest stand is an advanced stretch that requires strength, flexibility, and practice—don’t worry if you’re not there yet! This program is designed to help you improve gradually and safely. Start on your stomach, pushing up into a seal stretch. Next, roll forward onto your chest and chin, lifting both knees off the floor at the same time. If this stretch feels too difficult right now, select the last option in the progression images below. Remember, every journey starts somewhere, and with patience and persistence, you’ll get closer to your goals.
