Almost there!

Ready for a bridge? Start by lying on your back with your knees bent and feet pressing into the floor. Place your hands flat on the floor beside your head, fingers pointing toward your feet. Then press up through your hands and feet, lifting your hips and arching your back into a bridge position. Stop pushing when you feel the stretch. Check the progression images below and select the one that you best match. You’re doing great!
