Next up, the butterfly!

Sit with the soles of your feet pressed together and your knees pressed down to the sides. Hold your feet or ankles and lean forward as far as you can. Stop pushing when you feel a stretch in your outer hips and/or inner thighs. Take a deep breath, and choose the picture below that best matches your stretch.
