Choose 1 stretching routine per day. You can also pair 2-3 routines together for a longer stretch.

Stretch 4-5 times per week, but you can customize your own stretch schedule!

Move up to the next level when you feel ready. Retake the FlexAbilities Quiz to see if you are ready.

Stay consistent! Flexibility takes time and hard work. Add FlexAbilities to your daily routine.
